How To Take Screenshot on Asus Zenfone
Asus Zenfones are the midrange Android smartphones and it is powered by Intel Atom Processor. Currently Asus has released 3 smartphones namely Asus Zenfone 4, Asus Zenfone 5 and Asus Zenfone 6. There is also a tablet called Zenfone 7. There is further variations based on the internal storage capacity of the devices.

As you might have already read before, Asus Zenfones comes with Zen UI which is a customised UI from Asus. In this tutorial on How to take screenshot on zenfone, we will learn both the default method and Zen UI customised method.

How to Take Screenshot on Asus Zenfone

As mentioned earlier, there are two way on which you can take screenshot on Asus Zenfone. We will learn one by One.

Method 1: Android Default method of Taking screenshot on Zenfones
- First go the screen on which you want to take the screenshot.
- Now, press and hold Volume Down key and Power Button simultaneously.
- You will see a flicker on the screen and a shutter sound which confirms that, the screenshot is taken.
Method 2: Taking screenshot on Asus Zenfone using Recent Apps Key

For using this method, follow the steps, given below.
- Go to Settings->ASUS customised settings
- Tap on to Recent apps key
- Chose Tap and hold to capture screen.
- Now go the screen on which you want to take the screenshot.
- Tap and hold Recent apps key. The screenshot will be taken.
Where the screenshots will be saved on Asus Zenfone

The screenshots will be saved in the gallery-> Screenshot folder.

Xiaomi Redme 1s provides two ways of taking screenshot. One is the standard Android method and another one is the exclusive MIUI method of taking screenshot. Let us see this one by one.

- Go to the screen on which you want to take the screenshot.
- Pull the quick toggle menu by swiping the screen from top to down.
- You will find ‘Screenshot‘. Tap on to it.
- The screenshot of the Redme 1S screen is saved.

How to Take Screenshot on Mac

There are many ways you can take the screenshots. How to take screenshot on Mac using keyboard shortcuts

If you want to take screenshot of entire screen of Mac, then hold down Command (⌘) plus Shift plus 3.

How to take partial screenshot on Mac

Hold Command (⌘) plus Shift plus 4, and then drag the crosshair pointer to select the area. You can hold Shift, Option, or the Spacebar when you drag to resize the selection area. To cancel, press Escape (esc) before you release the mouse button.

How to take screenshot of a specific window in Mac

Hold Command (⌘) plus Shift plus 4, press the Space bar, take the camera pointer over the window which you want to take screenshot to highlight it, and then click.

This method works with open Finder windows and most application windows.

Where are taken screenshot of Mac are saved?

By default, all the taken screenshot will saved as “Screen shot (date and time).png.” You can open these screenshots with Preview or other image editing apps. Mac OS X v10.6 and later versions save the screenshots in PNG format. However you can change the default format using Terminal.
