      This is the basic method of capturing a screenshot. For this follow the steps given below.
      Go to the screen on which you want to take a screenshot.
      Press and hold volume down and power button simultaneously. Screen will flicker and shutter sound will be heard unless phone is in silent mode.
      This confirms that the screenshot is captured. You can find the taken screenshot in notification area.

    2. Take Screenshot on Samsung Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M10 using screenshot button

      This is the another method for take a screenshot in Galaxy M20. To capture screenshot using this method, first we need to enable
      Assistant Menu.
      Step 1: Go to Settings->Accessibility->Dexterity and interaction.

    To take screenshot using Bixby method,

    • Navigate to the page you want to perform screenshot.
    • Launch Bixby by long pressing Bixby button placed right below the volume rocker keys.
    • Type or say  “Take a screenshot”.
