It runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS.  S3 is powered by quad core 1.4GHz Cortex A9 processor with Exynos 4212 chipset.     Samsung Galaxy SIII sports 8MP rear camera with support for 1080p video recording at 30fps and 1.9MP front camera for video calls.  It has 1GB RAM and available in 16GB/32GB/64GB internal storage variants.
