There are many new smartphones which are released in India recently such Micromax Unite 2, Spice Dream Uno, Karbonn Sparkle V, Micromax Canvas A1 supports Indian language out of the box. But how to type Indian languages on devices such as Moto G, Moto X and Moto E? Not all the Indian languages are supported at the time of writing this post. But you can type Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil etc on Moto G, Moto E and Moto X. In this post I will demonstrate how to type these Indian Language fonts on these Motorola smartphones.

How to Type Indian Language fonts on Moto G, Moto E and Moto X smartphones

You have many methods to work around this. The one which I personally using and satisfied is the one using the apps created by SriAndroid. It is a free to download apps on Google play store. To use Kannada fonts on Moto G, Moto E and Moto X, download and install Just Kannada, for Hindi, Download Just Hindi, or for using Tamil fonts on Moto phones download Just Tamil apps.

Once you have downloaded the required language apps, follow instruction given below.
- Once the app is installed, go to Setup, Langauge and Input
- Her select Just Hindi or Just Kannada or Just Tamil etc based on your language requisite. You will get a message for your consent. Tap Ok if you want to continue the process.
- Now you need change default keyboard. Tap on to Default and chose Just Hindi or Just Kannada or Just Tamil etc.
Now the language app you download installed font will start appearing on all the text typing apps such Whatsapp, Messages, Mails, Contact creation etc. Good thing about this app is it gives a language keyboard with suggestive words based on the keywords you have used.

Xiaomi Redme 1s provide a very useful way to close the apps individually or at a time all the apps. To do this, you need to tap and hold left bottom capacitive touch button for a second. It will show all the running apps. You can tap on to the app which you want to open to switch between apps.

To close individual apps, just swipe the apps upwards. It will close the running apps. There is button through which you can close all the running apps with single tap in Redme 1s. How to Use Moto E as Modem through WiFi Hotspot
Motorola Moto E is one of the best budget Dual sim Android smartphone available right now. Latest Android OS, Dual core processor, 1GB RAM, 5MP camera, good build quality and importantly it supports most of the connectivity features such as 2G, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB tethering and WiFi Hotspot. In this tutorial, we will see how to use Motorola Moto E as modem through WiFi Hotspot. I will be writing a new post on How to use Moto E as modem through USB tethering.

How to Use Motorola Moto E as modem to connect to PC or WiFi enabled devices

Before, starting to use Moto E WiFi hotspot feature, we should have a active data plan. As soon as you enable WiFi hotspot, the WiFi of the device will be turned off. Also, do remember that, WiFi consumes lot of battery. Hence use this wisely to save battery as well as the data usage charges. Lets start with using Moto E as Modem through WiFi hotspot.

Enable Moto E WiFi Hotspot
- First enable the data on your device.
- Go to Settings->Wireless & networks and tap on to “More….“
- Tap Tethering & mobile hotspot .
- Tap the Mobile Wi-Fi hotspot to turn On.
- You can customize the Hotspot name and password by tapping Set up Wi-Fi Hotspot.
- Enter a hotspot name or SSID which you want.
Customize the SSID and password
- Enter a password or use the default. The password is the key other people need to enter on their device so they can connect and use Moto E as a wireless router.
- To help make your Wi-Fi hotspot more secure, use the default security type.
- Tap on to Save.

How to Use HTC One as Modem through WiFi Hotspot

To use HTC One as modem through WiFi Hotspot, please follow the steps mentioned below.
- Go to Settings, and then under Wireless & networks, tap More.
- Tap Mobile network sharing.
- Tap the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot On/Off switch to turn it on.
- The first time you turn on the Wi‍-Fi hotspot, you can customize the Hotspot name and password .
- Enter a hotspot name or use the default.
- Enter a password or use the default.
- The password is the key other people need to enter on their device so they can connect and use HTC One as a wireless router.
- To help make your Wi-Fi hotspot more secure, tap Advanced settings.
- Choose settings such as SSID and the security type, and then press .
- Tap Next and then tap Done.
Now you can use you HTC One as Modem through WiFi Hotspot.

Note:

Here is the few things you need to keep in mind while you are using HTC One M8 as modem via WiFi Hotspot.
- Make sure the data connection is turned on.
- You must have an approved data plan associated with your account from your mobile service provider to use this service. Devices connected to your Wi‍-Fi hotspot use data from your subscribed data plan.
- Using WiFi hotspot consumes more battery. Hence, when not in use, disable the WiFi Hotspot feature.

Using Sony Xperia Smartphone as USB Modem

You want to share the mobile data from Sony Xperia smartphone to a non Wi-Fi enabled device, then you need use Sony Xperia USB tethering features. To use USB tethering of Sony Xperia smartphone follow the steps given below.
- Connect your Sony Xperia to PC using the USB cable.
- Go to Settings in the device
- Touch More
- Touch Tethering & mobile hotspot
- Tap and enable the USB enable.
This will enable your Sony Xperia Smartphone as Modem to connect to Internet from PC.
